Choices..

Has anyone ever noticed all hard choices in life hurt? And it isn't about not knowing what you want, its about not wanting to hurt the other person in some choices. We cry, we feel the raw loneliness but why? Its your choice, so why cry no matter how hard it is? I don't understand, I really don't and it sucks to not understand when you are going through it. Some choices are similar to life or death; so how do you know what to choose.

I'm going crazy.
